BGR Farm is a family affair! It’s also a group of multi-talented people who combine their knowledge to provide you with the best possible service.

Jean-Guy Boutin

Jean-Guy works as a Wealth Advisor. He is passionate about sports in general (hockey and golf most particularly), so he was always a big supporter of the equestrian passion of both his girls, which eventually led to the BGR Farm adventure!

Melissa Boutin

Melissa was the sole Quebec rider to represent Canada during the North American Young Riders Championships CH-Y3* in 2011 and was Long Listed to the Canadian Eventing Team in 2012 and 2020. She is also recognized as an Elite Athlete by the Quebec Equestrian Federation since 2012 and is on her way to becoming an Equine Canada certified competition coach.

Beside her equestrian activities, Melissa graduated and obtained her bachelor in business administration in 2017. She now works full time alongside her father, Jean-Guy.

Geneviève Boutin

Geneviève was the sole Quebec rider to represent Canada during the North American Young Riders Championships CH-J2* in 2012. She has acquired a vast experience in eventing up to the international level CCI2* and this, with several horses.

Beside her equestrian activities, Geneviève is a bachelor nurse.

Pierre-Marc Boutin

Pierre-Marc is an experienced carpenter, who generously puts his time and talent to help BGR Farm. Like everyone in the family, he’s an accomplished sportsman (hockey, baseball, golf, etc.)

Eric Lachapelle

Eric has been working since 2012 for a leading multinational IT firm. As a bachelor in business administration, Eric works as an IT project manager and is the architect of this website and of everything related to technology around BGR Farm.

Davina Warrener

Davina developed a great expertise in eventing by working and training alongside some very well renowned riders all across the country. She is also very skilled at training young horses and has competed up to the 3*/Intermediate level.

Raymond Dyke

Raymond was an enormous help, particularly in the beginning of BGR Farm. He worked incredibly hard to refresh, repair, renovate and build! The indoor arena was named after him to honour his invaluable help!

Our wonderful staff

Our wonderful staff takes great care of the horses and the farm on a day-to-day basis. We can always count on their professionalism, initiative and attention to detail!
